To empower the poor, women, youths, the marginalized, and the less privileged community members to embrace and discover their potential towards sustainable agricultural and food production, environmental conservation, peaceful co-existence, education, and community well-being.
We conduct research/assessment and create awareness through lobbing and advocacy, collaborate at local and national level with stakeholders on community issues to complement each other, cooperate with strategic implementing and supporting partners to share responsibilities and experiences.
Food Security & People’s Empowerment Organization (FSPEO) is a non-profit National Non-governmental Organization founded in January 2020, with its head office in Juba.
Core of the members of FSPO are trained in various professional fields, Tropical Agriculture, Computer Sciences, Business Computing and Business Management; and have worked in various rural development projects (food security rural livelihoods, Conflict management and peace building etc. agricultural grant/management, in parts of south Sudan, while with government and with NGOs. They supported many rural smallholder farmers, men & women, youth and have number rural development projects. Most have worked in the Country from three years to 17 years and have substantial rural work experiences.
Working to facilitate steady socio-economic activities geared towards balanced and sustainable development for all.
